The art work will always remain your property.
Any use, or sale of your artwork (by us) is prohibited without your permission.

You can expect an email to confirm receipt of your image if an email address is provided. If there is any concern about the quality of your image, we will contact you by email.

Please allow two weeks for delivery once we receive your image.
I know you are probably in a hurry to get your custom stamp. Please be aware that we process every custom order as quickly as possible. If you have a deadline, please indicate that when you place your order. I will do the best to accomodate your request.
Holiday's may increase the delivery time. (the elves refuse to work on holidays!)
