includes the text below as well as the 12 squares to the left.  The squares are separated just enough so you can use your Fiskar Scissors (postage blade) to make it look like a real stamp! 
(not intended to fool the postal system!)

The rubber die includes the 12 squares, as well as the appropriate words above. 

If you would like to add perforation dots between the squares (see above sample), you may purchase the dots (shown below).  The perforation dots are availablemounted or unmounted.:
